Hungary has chosen their entry for the third time. Ádok Zoli will be singing “Dance With Me” in Moscow this year. The song would be classified as a club/pop song.


Hungary had to withdraw their first entry this year because it was plagiarized from a Swedish Big Brother song and the second was withdrawn because the singer had other responsibilities she had to tend to.

    intersting...what do I understand?! That you can dance with the 30',40',50,60's steps the rythm of our days music?! Or, the music must be the same every time, in every generation?! Or, we must not forget the begining of the music, and the great singers, dancers, actors...original

You will remember at the beginning of July, we reported of rumours of the results of the Turkish back up jury, that showed up some interesting reading. As we all know, each country must have a back-up jury whose votes are used in the event of problems with televoting. However, this year the votes of each jury were used to determine one qualifier from each of the semifinals. Kosovo: RTK wants to enter Eurovision as soon as possible

Kosovarian broadcaster RTK has shown interest in entering the Eurovision Song Contest. The broadcaster will soon apply for active EBU membership and will hope to get it in time to enter the 2009 Eurovision Song Contest. As a national selection, they will use a contest which stopped years ago, called Akordet e Kosoves . The question remains whether RTK will be able to get active EBU membership, since countries like Serbia, Russia and Greece can object, as they don't recognise the new Republic of Kosovo.
